Chambers UK, a client’s guide to the UK legal profession, has listed Ben Posford, Prolegal’s Head of Complex Litigation, as a “Leading Individual” in the 2012 edition.

Recommendations made within both guides are on merit alone - it is not possible for a firm to buy their way into the publications.

Child Brain Injury Trust

Brain injury has a devastating impact on children and their families. Should families need to seek advice from a legal professional following a child’s brain injury, it is important that the professional has the necessary experience in handling such complex cases. Prolegal is an approved provider of personal injury advice by the trust.

Consumer Justice Alliance

The Consumer Justice Alliance (CJA) is campaigning and lobbying against Part 2 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill through which the Government proposes to introduce reforms that will have a serious adverse effect on the ability of accident victims to pursue compensation claims and recover full compensation. Prolegal is a founding member.

Family Law Awards

Jonathan West of Prolegal has been nominated for the Family Law Awards 2011. All nominees were nominated online by the family law community. The short-list of six of the awards have been selected from the nominations by the judging panel, while the short-list for the two other awards were voted for by the family law community.

Headway - The Brain Injury Association

Headway is a charity set up to give help and support to people affected by brain injury. Prolegal is an approved provider of legal advice by headway.

Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS) 

The Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS) is a non-profit making organisation, whose membership is based throughout the UK. Members are experts in road traffic accident claims.

Professional Negligence Lawyers Association

The PNLA is a group of specialist professional negligence solicitors, of which Prolegal is a member.

Spinal Injuries Association

The Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) is the leading national charity for spinal cord injured people. Prolegal is a 'Gold Corporate Partner' and approved to provide legal advice on spinal cord injury claims by the association.

The Law Society

Members of the Law Society's personal injury panel are lawyers whose expertise in handling personal injury claims has been assessed by the Law Society.  Only lawyers who can demonstrate extensive experience and understanding in this area of law are accredited.

The Legal 500

Prolegal is listed within the 2011 edition of the Legal 500, a key independent guide to the legal profession published annually. The Legal 500 describes the firm as:
